“In this workshop Malcolm will show you how to achieve and maintain fitness without injury and how to overcome running habits that prevent you from running as well as you might wish. You will find out how to run with more ease and freedom, and make your running more enjoyable. The workshop is equally suitable for runners of all experience. Video analysis is used for ‘before and after’ study. We start in the YMCA and then spend most of the time outside in a nearby square, so come prepared for outdoors. The work is a mixture of exploring and learning drills, short bursts of activity and an opportunity to test out what you’ve learned on the specially laid running oval.
