With so much publicity around the health benefits of walking, I’ve adapted my popular running workshops to explore walking as the first step to improving your running. This workshop is ideal for teachers who want to build their confidence and enhance their teaching skills for both walking and running. This is an open workshop suitable for runners of all abilities from complete beginners to parkrunners and seasoned marathoners. Not a runner yourself? Do not worry!
