With so much publicity around the health benefits of walking I’ve adapted my popular running workshops to explore walking as the first step to improving your running. This workshop is suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced competitors.  Would you like to move with greater ease? Reduce your risk of injury? Improve your performance?
